A great weekend of racing, taking the win in the National Madison with @logan_mac1 , we had a belter of a race. Taking 2 lap gains and winning 7 sprint points in a row.
.
Then I rode to 4th place in the National Omnium the following day. Not my finest omnium and frustrating to just miss out on the podium. You win some, you lose some!

Hong Kong Nations Cup 🇭🇰

I'm really pleased to achieve my first Nations cup victory in the elimination, a result I'll always be able to cherish 🥇

I rode to 7th in the omnium the following day. I scored big in the points, had a good ride in the tempo, but my scratch and elimination let me down.
.
It's always great to race at such a high level and be in some seriously fast hard races. I look forward to the next one!

European Omnium 3rd 🥉🇪🇺

It wasn't my finest omnium, after a bad scratch race and an average elimination, it left me chasing coming into the final points race. Thankfully I love a chase, and I was able to take two laps and enough points to put me onto the podium 🙌🏻

I'm really happy to be competing for GB again, this time last year I was dropped from the programme and didn't think I'd be putting on a GB jersey any time soon. Just shows if you keep pushing, you never know what's around the corner.

Always a fun weekend of racing, a weekend of very close but no cigar for me.

Frustrated to lose the points race title on a commissaire decision, it's pretty clear in my eyes that the sprint points should have been awarded to myself and Wiggins on the last lap and the correct rules weren't followed.
