This past Saturday at Club Warz 12 I was lucky enough to go UNDEFEATED Right hand in the 220lb class! I am so proud to be able to bring this sick ass gold medal back home to the @teamlondonarmwrestling . It was an amazing honour to compete against such a tough class of guys I’ve never had the chance to pull before. I’m so grateful to each and everyone one of those guys for not only the stiff competition on the table but for the energy and love of the sport they brought to the event! I hope to see you all back at that table soon!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Jerry Bell, @hazeltonchris , all the 2S4U club members, refs, athletes and our mighty London team for showing up and making this another unmatched event!
Love us or hate us, we’ll be back soon!

This past Saturday at Club Warz 12 I went 3-2 in the Left hand 220lb class and managed to come home with silver! I am proud of the wins I was able to get in this stacked class, however I realize and respect that if things had been different it wouldn’t be me going home with it. I wish @zanegeeting a speedy recovery and hope he can heal up quick so we can run that match back properly.

Had another incredible day back at the 2S4U Clubhouse for Club Warz 12! I am thrilled to have come out with another 3-0 win against a very strong @greg.stover.526 whose energy and heart made the match truly exciting. It was an honour to compete against a good friend and great man on and off the table.

In the Pro left hand 220 lb class, I finished 1–2 which put me in 7th place. It’s probably the toughest result my left arm has had in a while, but nonetheless I can say without a doubt that I left it all on the table and gave it everything I had. I could come up with a handful of excuses as to why the result wasn’t better, but at the end of the day I came under-prepared against a class full of high-caliber athletes, and all it means is that I have more work to do.
This event was a great test against a higher level of competition, and it was amazing getting the chance to grip up with a group of pullers I had never faced before. Looking back, I’m proud of the fight I gave—but now it’s time to get back to training and make sure the next time out ends with a better result.
Big thanks again to all the amazing reffs and competitors that showed up and gave their time as well as to @kflor007 and the @knuckles_up_armwrestling team for making this event happen! I can only hope that this is the first of many to come!
In the Pro right hand 220lb class I ended up 3-2 putting me in 5th place which I’m happy about for two reasons. First reason being that it’s the first time my right hand has EVER placed higher than my left in a tournament and it also meant I achieved my goal of placing top 5 on at least one arm.
There’s a few things in the moment and after the fact looking back that I should have and could have done better but I am overall happy with the showing especially in such a stacked up class of athletes!

Finally home from the weekend of a lifetime! Huge thank you to Kris and the @knuckles_up_armwrestling for putting on such a spectacular event, and to the @arnoldsports staff and coordinators for putting up with us crazy arm wrestlers and allowing us to promote this great sport once again.
I’ll be posting my competition footage as soon as I get the chance to put everything together, but there are so many great memories from the weekend that I wanted to share right away. It was a crazy busy few days filled with plenty of highs and lows, but now that it’s all said and done, I’m incredibly grateful to have been part of it.
A special thank you as well to some of the new friends and connections I made, and to our powerful London team for making the weekend truly special. Our club showed up once again and put on a show, bringing home 4 gold and 3 silver medals! I couldn’t be more proud of them for laying it all on the table and showing everyone what @teamlondonarmwrestling is made of!
For the last 4–6 months, all my focus has been on preparing for this event but now that it’s over, the focus shift. In two weeks, this right arm has to be ready for yet another big test….
Stay tuned for the competition footage coming soon, as well as more details on the match in two weeks.

What an unexpectedly amazing day at the Armcats Winter Showdown 2026! I went in planning only to support our clubmates and get some solid training in, but after being in the energy filled environment, I couldn’t resist throwing my right in for fun. I never could have expected this outcome, and I’m truly honoured to come out on top of such a great class of competitors.
Thank you to everyone for the love, support, and training. The day was filled with the best of people and unforgettable memories, and I can’t wait to do it all again soon. Huge thanks to the one and only @jayaskey and family for making the day so special, as well as the Watt family for helping everything run smoothly and for being our biggest cheerleaders.
It makes me incredibly proud to go undefeated alongside not only my teammates, but my beautifully lady, @madi.gagnier . Always an honour bringing back home hardware to our power-packed team. Forever @teamlondonarmwrestling Strong!💪💪💪
What another incredible event at the Ottawa Open! After missing last year due to injury it was amazing to have the chance to compete against the top names this event brings every year! My Left hand through the set up to the pin felt the best it ever has. I managed to pull off 5th place on this arm after some great matches! At the end of the day, I accomplished my goal of a top 5 finish and although the elusive bison escapes me again I’m thrilled by the experience and knowledge gained through these matches! If you want to check out the right arm matches from this event just hit the link!
I’m so very grateful not only to @eric.roussin for putting this day together yet again but also to the refs, score keepers and athletes that showed up to help make this day spectacular!
What another incredible event at the Ottawa Open! After missing last year due to injury it was amazing to have the chance to compete against the top names this event brings every year! My right hand felt great and I’m happy with my result of 13th place out of a class of 22 competitors being the biggest class of the day. There of course are things I should have and could have done differently on this arm but at the end of the day there’s no guarantee it would’ve changed the outcome in this stacked class. I look forward to being able to use this to fuel the training to come!

After having time to step back and reevaluate our first match, I am proud to say I came back to the table this time with a clear head and having made the proper adjustments, took down “The Tank” @frank.polat 3-0.
I want to say a big thank you to @majorarmwrestlingchampionships@carnegie.i@ez_rollers_club and @jj_jackson_mac for their incredible event. Though smaller in numbers the quality was still top of MAC standards!
I also want to thank @frank.polat for giving me this opportunity to learn and grow in this sport as well as to my incredible club for helping me make the small technical adjustments I needed to change the tide of this matchup.
I feel bad that it’s taken me this long to post and I do still have plans to post results from the tournament that was run after as well as Michigan state results but all in due time. Life has been busy for many reasons but all of them being good things and I am super excited for what’s in store! Thank you all for the never ending love and support, on to the next!!!💪👹🖕
