In an ode to the sun earlier this week, here’s an extract from a song I wrote about making it through the winter months. Spring is on its way it feels!
As the last of the swallows leave our skies, here’s one from the early summer… flew into the house, then hopped onto my finger as I tried to usher out, chirping awhile before flying off. I had just that morning picked up the guitar to start writing again after a long break, so it felt like a nice little sign. All of which is a long-winded way of saying that new music is happening and will hopefully start appearing in the coming months. Happy autumn to all x
