8568 lengths of 12 meters since end of Jan 2026 equivalent of 102 km or 63 miles. Coupled with 80 plus gym trips has got me down to virtually my ideal shape / weight. Some days you just don’t feel like you can do it but just takes a bit of gumption / drive. When I started couple barely feel much change but now it’s unlocked a really great sense of accomplishment and self belief. Help you deal with any spanners life might throw at you. Would recommend to anyone. ❤️
Been taking health really seriously this year and the benefits mentally are unquestionable . A couple years ago was not in shape and it didn’t feel right so decided to try and change that. Now trying to exercise/train daily it’ took some time but feeling the best I’ve felt as a result of sticking with it .
No 1 album in Scottish Album Charts and No 4 in the UK Album charts.
