Day 1, 45km run, 1,279m of elevation! ✅
The furthest I’ve ever run 🏃… and I found it pretty tough I won’t lie. My knee started to play up 30km in and we knew this week would be a test for it. Now to hunker down recover and bring on tomorrow.
But already what an incredible group and place this is! Welsh trails and people coming together to raise money for a great cause @bigmoose.charity . Cheers to the bro for staying with me today and for the @itswhywerun crew for keeping me on my feet.
Tomorrow’s a new day with another longest run ever ahead of me. Let’s give it my best shot!

Ooof it’s been a great long weekend away! Sometimes when I’m busy I think I need to rot when in reality sometimes all I need is to get out and go and do another adventure. But this time, for me!
Henry’s doing an epic adventure and I couldn’t help myself but go and join him. We literally couldn’t keep the smiles off our faces half the time and the struggles of camping just under a tarp turns ordinary life into easy mode.
I wish I could have stayed longer.

For guys, I think going to get your haircut is one of the most important things.
It’s a time which makes you feel good and you’re having a no expectations conversation. We sit, chat and have a laugh and then don’t see the person again for 4 weeks. But that’s what you need.
Sometimes you don’t even need to chat, but I can guarantee you leave feeling good and set up for atleast the next week.
Glad me and @sammiekhamlichi can chat about absolute rubbish with some chopping of hair inbetween.

A mad and amazing year! Of course not perfect but some amazing memories, learnings and experiences with some incredible people.
Proud of myself for completing:
✅ Brighton Marathon
✅ Provence 70.3 Half Ironman
✅ WhyWeRun 160km (I’ll be back for the full 250km)
And then, chasing the top athletes around the planet watching them do insane things to the small moments with family and friends. I have loved all of it.
Yes, I got burnt out. Yes, I made mistakes. Yes, I had some once in a lifetime opportunities. It’s all part of the big game of life and I’m trying to take it all in my stride.
Bring on 2026 and what it’s got to give. Here’s to keeping it simple, enjoying the small moments and saying yes to the things that serve me.

Decided to take the plunge, pick up a camera and learn a new skill. Feels great to be learning everyday with it and see what I could do.

Tis the season… for side quests! 🚴🏼✈️🚴🏼
It’s so good to feel fully back and have energy. Looking after myself and doing the fun stuff for me.
Going for adventures on the weekends is even more fun in winter. Doing a little bit of graft but getting some su, it’s so rewarding.
This was a little trip where I messaged my mate‘s dad who has a little plane, decided to cycle there and make a day of it. A morning well spent and a coffee highly deserved.
