Some news today…
Big moments tend to bookend our lives. Graduating. Getting married. Having kids. Career milestones. Opening a business. And sometimes, closing one.
After nearly 10 years, I’ve made the decision to wind down WILD. Our final day will be June 15th.
When I started WILD, I had no roadmap. Just a gut instinct and a willingness to figure it out. The early days were full of missteps and steep learning curves, but over the years, it became something I am incredibly proud of.
@ericaincalgary joined a couple years in and played a huge role in building WILD into what it became. She stepped up in ways I will never forget, especially during some of the most important seasons of my life.
@meikamelissa has also been an incredible part of this journey and completed our team with her talent and kindness and sunny attitude. Both have been with me for many, many years and helped shape WILD into what it is today. Telling them was the hardest part of this decision.
To our clients, thank you. Many of you trusted us from the very beginning and stayed with us for years. That kind of partnership is rare and it means everything.
In the years since starting WILD, my life has changed in big ways. I’ve gotten married. I became a mom of two. I’ve experienced loss. My priorities have shifted. I have grown.
Closing WILD is a decision I feel deeply clear on. I’m proud of what we built, and even more grateful for what it gave me.
For a while now, the nudges in my heart have been getting louder. They’ve been pointing me toward something new, and I’ve learned that when that happens, it’s time to listen.
So I am.
First, a summer with my girls. Then, onto what’s next.
