Being stressed about outcomes can ruin your creative career. We don’t have to want to do something for it to be impactful. We’re not always feeling creative, but we are creative, so we create. We’re not always proud of everything we do, but we’ve been blessed with a lot of success. The main thing to understand is that as a songwriter, artist, producer, or creator, we may not be able to control the outcomes, but what we do control is our consistency. We’re just getting shots up, and as the greats say, we miss 100% of the shots we don’t take.

I'm going to be more candid and honest about situations, productions, tools, skills, contract agreements, etc. to help others navigate the industry better. I'm still learning new things every day, like standing up in videos, and I'll be more honest about certain things. The key is to share your gift and not gatekeep, but give back what the universe gave you by sharing it with everyone else.
