Wigflippa hit me up last year about putting out an EP with Sunday Dinner Records… and we got to work. These beats were made in my studio, with each selected by us as a track that can stand out on its own pretty strong in my opinion. I used Serato Studio, the SP404 MK2, and records from my collection, with a focus of crafting melodic beats that knock, but still leave Wig with plenty of room to work with. It was dope working with Wig to see how he really crafts a world with every track he raps on. You’ll see this with the tape. This won’t be the last for sure, and I’m excited to put this out for the world to bump.

Outbreak! is a return to form for me. I focused on the things that made me fall in love with hip hop: Storytelling, political commentary, bars, and self reflection. These songs drew so much inspiration from opportunities that Chordandjocks and I have provided for each other. Outbreak! is a prime representation of where my sound and writing is at, as well as where it is headed
