who knew cutting out alcohol and exercising regularly would actually make me feel good??? about 215 days ago, i decided to run a half marathon just to prioritize my health — never thought i’d actually gain this much from it. today i’m over 100 days alcohol-free!!! that’s 100 days of choosing myself, doing what makes me feel good, and learning to like myself a little more every day. enjoy the quick list of things i’ve realized i like about not drinking — written at festivals or events where i’d normally be trashed. taking care of urself is way cool :) see u next year for another half, @longbeachmarathon 🙂‍↕️ anyways, i’m excited for my 30s. swipe for a baby lizard!!!

I was fortunate enough to learn about abortion at an early age. My mom explained to me she had an ectopic pregnancy before she had me and needed an abortion in order to save her life. I wouldn’t have been born if it wasn’t for that abortion, so technically it also saved my life. That’s what abortions do. They save lives. Support: @abortionfunds @abortioncarenetwork Info on medication abortion: @plancpills The last 2 graphics are available for download on my website under the projects tab. Feel free to save it, share it, print it, or paste it. #abortionrights #abortionishealthcare

I had the biggest smile on my face when I was pulling up to the polo fields for the first time in 3 years. There’s just something so special about being in the desert for weeks and spending everyday with your friends. I literally couldn’t imagine being anywhere else <3 but with that being said I am stoked to be missing stagecoach this weekend lol Swipe to watch a video of @thefestivaldog running around the field at sunset.

My intention with creating Weed Want Freedom is to bring awareness to the unjust people in prison are facing for marijuana crimes. However, I wanted to turn my attention and awareness onto another problem currently happening. The war in Ukraine is killing innocent people and forcing people from their homes. You have all seen the news and the images coming from Ukraine. It is truly heartbreaking and it makes me face my own privileges head on. While I understand everyone in Ukraine needs help right now, I wanted to focus on the marginalized LGBTQ+ community in Ukraine. 100% of the profits from each pin sale will be donated to OutRight’s LGBTIQ Ukrainian Fundraiser. Link in bio. “At worst we are excluded from relief efforts and at best we are left behind in humanitarian responses because of systemic discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity. When crisis hits, sometimes the only relief LGBTIQ people have access to is assistance from the LGBTIQ community itself, and its allies. Put bluntly, our community simply cannot count on mainstream systems for help.” -OutRight Action International If you cannot donate please educate yourself of the crimes currently happening in the Ukraine. Please also learn about the attacks happening currently in the LGBTQ+ community here in the United States. The queer community is hurting and we need you all regardless of how you identify to support the LGBTQ+ community now more than ever.

A selfie 4 ur attention!!! I spent some time recently re-designing an old drawing of mine with the goal of turning it into something more. I’d like to introduce this project as “Weed Want Freedom.” Half of the proceeds from each purchase will be donated to the Last Prisoner Project (@lastprisonerproject ). The Last Prisoner Project is a non-profit dedicated to cannabis criminal justice reform. A core focus of their criminal justice work is to release incarcerated cannabis prisoners. I urge you to read some of the constituent profiles on their website to learn about just some of the people who are currently serving sentences at a federal level for cannabis distribution. I also urge you to sign the petitions on their website if you can. Slap packs will be available in packs of 3 and 10 plus free shipping. You can find these slap packs under the “SHOP” tab on my website (link in bio). If stickers aren’t your thing I do have pins and dad hats (!!!!) on the way and I’ll post those as soon as they’re available. I included a few quick informational slides you can share <3 Thanks everyone for making me feel confident in sharing my work and a BIG thank you to everyone in advance for making a purchase!!! Ily
