@adrianmartinus / The Space “We chose to build out the garages in our houses instead of getting a traditional studio. Our spaces are really designed around the constraints of working with the skateboards. There’s only so many skateboards - that limitation guides everything we make.” 📷: @imbrycebaker

@adrianmartinus / The Work “The demand is always changing and shifting. We want to be the ones making this stuff. We don’t want to get a bay and a bunch of employees to make the things that we want to be making. It’s about the craft and keeping control over it. We’re not going to be able to get other people to care as much about it as we do.” 📷: @imbrycebaker

@adrianmartinus / The People AdrianMartinus is a woodworking studio founded by brothers Adrian and Martinus Pool, and complemented by artist and designer Anne Pool. The brothers grew up skateboarding and building things together in Alberta. What began in their dad’s garage with a few basic tools has evolved into a focused, small-scale operation dedicated to transforming recycled skateboards into refined furniture and home goods. 📷: @imbrycebaker
