The time has come! After 5.5 beautiful years in Inman Square, I’ve made the decision to simplify our operations by closing up this space to shift our energy to our Mass Ave store. Our last day at Inman will be Sunday, May 17th.
The art and act of pruning is a means to direct energy to facilitate intentional growth or bear more fruit. Philosophically and scientifically. See bonsai and apple tree. This is it. Closing Inman allows us to streamline, simplify, and be able to operate with improved intentionality.
Inman Square helped us grow. We moved to this 420 SF space in the middle of the pandemic - November 2020 to be exact! The move here was strategic. Small to be nimble in uncertain times - and it did just that. This mighty little space gave us the runway to evolve as the world shifted - and open Mass Ave. We could not be where we are without it. SO fucking GRATEFUL.
To everyone who has shopped, worked here, stopped in, or simply been part of the rhythm here- thank you.
We’ll be open through Sunday, May 17, closing out with a big final weekend during Inman Eats & Crafts including a massive tent sale + storewide markdowns.
Between now and then, we’ll be slowly preparing to sell down inventory, fixtures, displays, sharing memories, and celebrating this chapter with you.
We’ve got a full timeline planned 👉 swipe through for final slide - with more details coming- so stay tuned.
We hope you’ll stop by, say hi, and help us send off this space - plus score some slamming deals - because we do plan on lightening the load 🥳.

- a place where artists could evolve and move on to great places. - a spot for tricks, treats, and tail wags.
- a place to “run errands” for holiday affairs and where makers gonna make.
- a store filled with color, texture, and “the most vibes per square foot”.
- proof that small is mighty and limitations cultivate creativity.
This is what Inman Square has meant to us.
We are forever grateful for this mighty space, the community surrounding us, and the one it helped us foster.

We did it folks! Another Swap in the books. The lift to get this thing off the
ground is heavy but man oh man is it so worth it.
Let’s get down to STATS:
🤼 around 450 attendees!
♻️ roughly 3600 pieces successfully swapped and many donated to the following partners: On The Rise, Material Aid and Advocacy Program , Thrifty Threads in Brookline with only TWO bags going to textile recycling. WOW!
💰️ Total raised and donated to On The Rise $1,150 (this event costs us about $3700 to pull off after all administrative costs are handled) - if anyone knows a sponsor for next year - HOLLER!
💓 community joy witnessed: priceless!
