Not your typical house tour: we didn’t walk through empty rooms pointing out features and finishes, square footage and how many bathrooms there are. Instead, 5693 Spreading Oak is the main character—watching as a family creates their daily rhythms within these walls, breathing life into them.
Morning light streaming through the kitchen as coffee brews. Kids racing down hallways that echo with laughter. Quiet evening moments on the back porch. The gentle chaos of a Sunday morning.
@amaraajordan so ingeniously captured what it actually feels like to live here. Not just the custom cabinets or the marble countertops, but the life that unfolds in every corner—the memories waiting to be made, the moments that transform a house into home.
Because maybe the main character isn’t necessarily a person at all. Maybe it’s the space that holds all these beautiful, ordinary moments that make life extraordinary.

Obsessed with this bathroom design from our #westandwildla project in Silverlake. We went from kinda awesome, but dated art deco tiles, to a monochromatic dream (featuring @zia_tile in Saguaro). The vanity is custom, and lights are by @rbw_studio 👌🏼

The bedroom at the new silverlake home is one of the calmer rooms in the home, which is a nice juxtaposition to the energy of the blue tiled bathroom. We’re big fans of the @bocci hand blown lamps on the @hem side tables, the @bed.threads linens, the @bludot upholstered bed frame and of course, the insanely detailed painting by @ramsey_dau

We took more of a psychedelic approach on the kitchen and it just may be our favorite spot in the house: “Cippolino Verde” marble, linoleum floors, @monogramappliances , and automatic @3dayblinds rollers.
