Serban Ionescu’s whimsical home and atelier
In his Paris home, artist Serban Ionescu @serbanserban brings together sculpture, architecture and imagination in a space that feels constantly in motion.
Born in Romania and now based in Paris, his work draws from both – folklore and narrative on one hand, ornament and colour on the other. The result is a family home that evolves over time, shaped as much by intuition as by making. A place, as he describes it, that grows like a living organism.
