Sound Bath: Restore, Rebalance & Unwind
Sound healing brings together the energetic and the physiological — using gentle vibrations to support the body in shifting into the parasympathetic (rest + digest) state.
As the nervous system settles, you may notice:
• A slower, steadier heartbeat
• Fuller, deeper breaths
• Lower blood pressure
• Easier digestion
• An overall sense of calm and ease

🎵 What are weighted tuning forks? (And why do they feel so good?)
Weighted tuning forks—also known as Otto tuners—aren’t just something you hear… they’re something you feel.
✨ These forks have small weights on the ends, slowing the vibration to create a deep, low-frequency tone that travels through the body.
👉 When placed on the body:
• Vibrations move into muscles and joints
• Help release tension and tightness
• Support circulation and relaxation
💡 Common frequencies: 128Hz, 64Hz, 32Hz—great for a grounding effect.
🦴 “Osteophonic” tools designed to resonate through bones and joints.
🌿 Used for:
• Muscle aches & knots
• Joint stiffness
• Acupressure points
• Nervous system calming
⚖️ Think of it as a gentle vibrational reset.

Feeling anxious? Stressed? Try jumping 🌀
Here’s why it helps:
✨ Boosts your mood
Jumping releases endorphins + serotonin (your feel-good hormones), helping you feel calmer and happier.
🧠 Brings you into the present
The focus on movement, balance, and rhythm acts like active meditation—quieting anxious thoughts.
🔥 Releases built-up tension
It burns off stress hormones like cortisol and excess “fight-or-flight” energy.
đź’«Â Creates joy & freedom
That light, weightless feeling at the top of a jump? Instant mood lift.
đź’ŞÂ Builds confidence
Moving your body regularly helps you feel stronger—mentally and physically.
How long should you jump?
Even a little goes a long way 👇
⚡ Instant relief (acute anxiety)
• 30–60 seconds: Shake or gently bounce to release tension
• 20–50 jumping jacks: Break the anxious thought cycle
• 5 minutes: Quick rebound session to boost mood + blood flow
🌿 Daily reset
• 10 minutes total:
1 min gentle hops
7 mins intervals (30 sec fast / 30 sec slow)
2 mins slow breathing
🌊 Long-term support
• 15–30 minutes, 2–3x per week
Helps regulate your nervous system and reduce overall stress level
Tips to feel the full effect:
• Find a steady rhythm—it’s like moving meditation
• Keep it gentle (especially on a rebounder)
• Sync your breath with your movement
Sometimes the simplest things—like jumping—can shift everything.
Try it for 1 minute and feel the difference đź’™

Stressed? Tired? Anxious?
I know that feeling.
For years, I struggled with anxiety—talking to people, taking public transport, even planning my day felt overwhelming. I was constantly stressed about the future and running on empty.
I didn’t have the tools to cope. So I turned to drinking, smoking—anything to numb what I was feeling. After a mental breakdown, a breakup, moving back home, and losing friendships… I hit a point where something had to change.
It was a wake-up call.
My coping strategies weren’t working.
So I chose a different path.
I started moving my body—not to punish it, but to care for it. Through yoga, I began to release built-up energy. Then came breathwork, mindful movement, and opening up—actually talking things through.
That’s when things started to shift.
I found tools that helped me regulate, not escape.
That’s why I created WellSATness.
Not just to offer yoga, sound, and coaching—but to share simple, everyday tools that help you:
✨ Release stress
✨ Regulate anxiety
✨ Boost your energy
Because real change only happens when you choose it. No one can do it for you—but you don’t have to figure it out alone.
If you’re not sure where to start but feel curious… reach out.
DM me, email [email protected], or follow along for more insights on regulation đź’«

Kṛtajña — Gratitude
Gratitude is the practice of bringing conscious awareness to the goodness already present in our lives. Research in neuroscience and positive psychology shows that regularly reflecting on what we’re thankful for can help increase activity in brain regions linked to dopamine and serotonin — neurotransmitters associated with motivation, mood, and emotional balance.
In a world where so much suffering and uncertainty exists, gratitude isn’t about ignoring reality — it’s about grounding ourselves within it. It helps us recognise what we have, deepen our sense of connection, and become more intentional about how we show up for others.
What we appreciate grows.
What we acknowledge, we’re more likely to nurture.
And who we choose to be — especially in difficult times — matters.
Pause. Notice. Give thanks. 🤍

Lately I’ve been learning something new… the handpan 🤍
As a sound practitioner, it’s been so special to carve out time that’s just for me. Time to switch off from “doing” and drop into a completely different mode of being. No pressure, no expectations—just sound, flow, and presence.
And honestly, it’s been more than just learning an instrument.
Science shows that learning something like music is a full-brain workout. It boosts memory, improves coordination, and even helps rewire the brain through neuroplasticity. It can lower stress levels, support emotional wellbeing, and sharpen focus. But beyond the science… it’s the feeling that matters most.
Whenever I’ve felt low, picking up the handpan has grounded me. Many of you know my mum passed away suddenly last year, and navigating that grief has been a journey. Having a creative, positive outlet has been so important—especially in those moments of loneliness, when I wish I could still call her or ask for advice.
Playing has given me space to process, to feel, and sometimes just to be.
It’s also helped lift the brain fog and fatigue that can come with teaching and holding space for others. It reminds me that I’m allowed to be a student too.
Learning something new isn’t just about the skill—it’s about giving yourself permission to grow, to rest, and to reconnect with yourself in a different way.
So this is your little reminder: it’s never too late to start something new 🤍
Are you learning anything new right now? Or is there something you’ve been wanting to try but haven’t yet? I’d love to hear—let me know in the comments 👇

Ever wonder why you push people away?
That’s not you being “difficult.” That’s your nervous system trying to protect you.
“Trauma influences the autonomic nervous system, shaping our ability to create and sustain nourishing relationships. Without social support, the body senses danger—moving us further from connection and deeper into protection.” *
But here’s the thing—we heal in safe connection, too.
Co-regulation is a big part of that:
• Being around someone calm and grounded can help your body settle
• Feeling heard and validated reminds your system it’s safe to exist as you are
• Consistency matters more than you think—familiar, stable spaces help your body relax
You don’t need to force yourself to “be different.”
You just need safe spaces where your body can learn… you don’t have to be on guard anymore 🤍

🌸 SPRING AWAKENING
Movement • Breath • Sound
Join us for a two-hour workshop designed to lift, revitalise and regulate your nervous system, creating space for both activation and deep rest.
We’ll begin with energising breathwork and a creative dynamic Vinyasa flow led by Darren. This playful 60-minute Yang practice will explore fun variations of twists and backbends, offering challenge while remaining supportive and accessible.
To balance the energy, we’ll gently slow things down. Sophie will guide a grounding 30-minute Yin sequence to soften the mind, regulate the nervous system and help the body fully unwind.
We’ll close the session with an 30-minute sound bath, using instruments including a gong, crystal bowls and percussion to leave you feeling balanced, energised and deeply calm.

✨ Why come to one of my sound baths?
Each sound bath I offer is carefully curated. Every instrument is intentionally chosen with attention to frequency, how the sounds work together, and how they support regulation of the nervous system.
My crystal singing bowls create pure tones that help release stress and calm the body.
The Jupiter gong helps clear stagnant energy and invites a sense of expansion and renewal.
The wave drum brings a grounding rhythm, reconnecting you to the earth and your body.
Gentle chimes and shells add bright, uplifting tones that invite presence and guide awareness back inward.
Sound baths offer a space to pause, reset, and deeply relax.
Come lie down, be held by sound, and allow your body to receive what it needs. ✨
