Our monthly editions landed last week, sharing our thoughts for May and how spring feels fully here now 🌷
The light stretches longer into the evening, mornings feel softer, and there’s a quiet sense of life moving outward. April was about gathering, May feels like a gentle unfolding, where things become visible, tangible and in motion.
As we move into the more yang months, there can be a natural pull toward doing more, moving faster, following momentum as it builds. Days fill, ideas gather pace, and life becomes more outward-facing.
Rather than resisting this, there is space for both expansion and pause. Energy and stillness can sit side by side. Rather than being swept along, we can move with intention, returning to what feels steady and true.
Our studios and online space continue to hold this with you. A place to return to when things feel full, or when something steadier is needed.

Bringing your Saturday evening forward, think of it as pre-drinks reimagined: movement, music, and connection.

A PLAY Method™️ flow followed by a 30-minute guided art workshop, translating movement energy into creative output.
An afternoon around expression—moving from body to brush, presence to creation. A space to slow down, tune in and turn what you’ve felt into something tangible.
