Women with PCOS have been misdiagnosed and dismissed for YEARS because the name never reflected what was actually happening in the body. saffron has genuinely changed my life in so many ways. i’ve always used it growing up since i’m persian, but i started using it consistently when i was experiencing really low mood, stress, and anxiety back in 2022- and it helped me so much. for this tip feel free to use 1-2 tsp. you’re literally spending money on wellness products that are doing absolutely nothing for you and no one is saying it out loud!!! 😔 what else should I review?! ✨ if you want an effective and clinically tested red light mask just comment ā€œMASKā€ and i’ll send you the one i use vibration plates can help with lymphatic drainage and circulation, but they are not going to help you lose weight. think of them as a supplement to movement, not a replacement. you will get the same benefits by working out or walking. not a huge priority if you’re thinking of investing in one heated workouts are fine occasionally, but doing them too often puts your body under constant stress. stick to 1–2x a week max if you must and balance it with lower stress workouts your body doesn’t need more products & trendy routines- it needs the right things used the right way 🩷

Still iron deficient… even after taking iron? 😭 Beef organs are so powerful for women because they give you heme iron + B12, folate, and copper (the nutrients your body actually needs to use iron and build red blood cells). 🩸Comment IRON and I’ll send you @drstephaniesformoms @drstephanies Beef Organs (also at Target) + i’ll send you the exact labs to check at least once a year for healthy iron levels You must ALWAYS get labs before starting an iron supplement. Too much iron can increase oxidative stress and make symptoms worse. Beef organs are different- they’re a food-based, lower-risk way to support iron with built-in cofactors… but labs are still the gold standard! :)
