WEIRDWAVES present:
Ingrid Hideki, a multidisciplinary artist based in Berlin, originally from Crete, Greece.
At the core of Ingrid´s artistic practice lies a fusion of visuals, sounds, music and performative elements.
In her current work she addresses issues regarding queerness and fem liberation extrapolating both in the physical and digital realm. Her visual is also a medium she uses to convey her message. Her aesthetic varies by style, focusing on a postmodern and graphic appearance with structural sharp lines and bold colorstories.
Ingrid has performed in many venues around Europe, starting drag in Heraklion in 2018 and moving to Germany in late 2022. From venues in Heraklion, Athens, Thessaloniki, Karlsruhe, Heidelberg, Toulouse, Bordeaux and Berlin to name a few, she also performed at big pride events like the Opening Ceremony of Europride 2024 in Thessaloniki.
Her second EP HETEROPHOBE released in October 2024 and mirrors her early adult musical and social references. HETEROPHOBE followed her first musical project called BIG BAD WOLF, a metaphorical storytime on being different in a heteronormative society, visual parts of which received local awards and were displayed at various installations and showcases.
The video clip for her song Like a Girl was awarded 1st place at the Online Drag Contest V (ODC V, 25.03.2023), acchieving a new record for the most points in the competition to date, as well as the price for Best Cinematography.
The video clip for Okonomiyaki Party (2025) was chosen into the official selection of participants for the Athens Porn Film Festival 2025.

NIKOS CHANTZIS is an Athens based Filmmaker and DJ that Over the past decade, is constantly seeking to merge his two main passions: music and film.
He has created music videos for key acts of the Greek dark alternative scene, including Doric, Incirrina, Kalte Nacht, Paradox Obscur, Grey Gallows, The Man & His Failures, Ding An Sich, and Dreamline, and he has collaborated with major music festivals in Greece such as Rockwave and Death Disco Festival in Athens.

KINOMATIK began experimenting with the VJ scene and the relationship between image, darkness, and sound within underground DIY events and clubs in their hometown of Athens, Greece. Their work draws inspiration from the experimental cinema of Eisenstein, Derek Jarman, Maya Deren, and Stan Brakhage, as well as the aesthetics of post-punk video clips— blending digital software with analogue machines, synchronized to the music of live bands and DJs.
Through their audiovisual group The Erasers, they have spent over a decade pushing boundaries, creating performances that merge real-time cinema, theatre, digital punk imagery, and club culture.
For Weirdwaves Festival, expect a performance based on dark wave and synth-driven sonic input, constructed from videotapes, memories, slides, trauma, and resistance.
Kinomatik has performed at, among others, Mapping Festival (Geneva), Live Cinema Festival (Rome), Festival Arte Digitale (Brazil), ICA (London), Schleuse Festival (Berlin), Wave-Gothic-Treffen, and has holds a VJ residency at the legendary Gegen Berlin events.

Ann-Mar is a Berlin-based DJ and radio producer at Weird Fishes Radio. For almost
two decades, she has navigated the city’s concrete landscape while keeping her Aegean soul intact.
Shaped by the grit of dark basements and the Athenian nightlife, her aesthetic is a
love letter to the bats, the goths, and the DIY spirit. Whether broadcasting or behind the
decks, she operates under a singular North Star: "love music hate fascism."
Her sonic world is a deep dive into the avant-garde and the analog, moving through the cold precision of EBM and IDM to the raw energy of post-punk and metal. Kostas T. is a Greek DJ and photographer based in Berlin. With vinyl records in hand, he has spent countless nights in Kreuzberg’s drinking dens over the past two decades, as if auditioning for a background role in a Kaurismäki film.
