On Sunday we opened the gates of McGuigan House for our See & Sip Open Day, welcoming couples to experience the property, explore the gardens and imagine what their celebrations could look like here. It was such a beautiful afternoon bringing the space to life alongside some incredible collaborators. The stunning florals by @the.wilds.sydney added the perfect touch of natural elegance throughout the house and gardens, while the team from @gallivantgroup served up their signature catering, giving guests a taste of the unforgettable food experiences they create for weddings and events. Behind the scenes, @modern.contentcreator was there capturing all the moments from the day, documenting the atmosphere, the details and the magic of seeing couples experience McGuigan House for the first time. We’re looking for couples who want to be transported to France (but make it three hours from Sydney). This is @mayfieldvineyardweddings - one of the most historic estates in NSW. The stories behind this place are rich and fascinating (it was gifted to one of the earliest explorers, William C Wentworth in 1815, who was part of the crew to first cross the Blue Mountains). Today, the property produces elegant, awarded wines and hosts gorgeous, relaxed weddings. When you book the property, you have it for two nights, meaning the pace is slow and delicious and you can soak up time with your loved ones (28 people can sleep onsite).
