We’re shining the spotlight on @shellyannweeks , Founder of @herflowfoundation ,who with UNICEF and the Government of Jamaica actioned the National Menstrual Health Equity Initiative, a powerful step toward ending period poverty in schools. 👏🏽
Access to menstrual health products is not a privilege, it’s a right. Together, we can create a future where every girl can learn with dignity, confidence, and support.
PCOS is now officially recognized as PMOS , Polymetabolic Ovarian Syndrome 💙
More than a name change, this is a step toward reducing stigma, improving understanding, and recognizing the full reality of this condition.

In our last community conversation, we took a deep dive into Desire, Identity, and the Feminism We Deserve, unpacking what it truly means to move through the world with autonomy, safety, and self-determination.
There is a kind of healing that stops at the mirror and measures itself in peace of mind and personal growth. And then there is the healing bell hooks speaks of. The kind that refuses to stay comfortable. That walks back into the fire, not alone, but arm in arm with those who are still burning. That is the healing that changes worlds.
We tested the waters. Now we’re ready to build.
Our first property taught us everything. It showed us what’s possible- and exactly what we need to build next.
Now, The WE-Change Community Group is taking the next step: launching an architectural design competition for our own Community Centre. A space that’s modern, purposeful, and truly ours.
