Incasa | CIT Nagar, Chennai
A residence envisioned through timeless materials, refined detailing, and a seamless spatial experience. This project was Executed in collaboration with @webedesignlab , Chennai - the design team of this project. Incasa reflects a balance of warmth, scale, and understated luxury for the family of Mr. Vijay Vasanth and Mrs. Nithya Vijay Vasanth of the established retail chain of VASANTH&Co.
From the striking double-height marble feature wall to the carefully curated lighting compositions and custom-crafted furniture pieces, every element was executed with precision and intent. The project involved complete execution across civil, structural, electrical, and plumbing works, alongside material curation tailored closely to the client’s vision.
A home where craftsmanship meets quiet sophistication.
