NEW SEASONAL FEATURE: Fuji
Strawberries are in season this time of year in Japan and our favorite Japanese citrus (Yuzu) gives this drink that extra zing. Think layered complexity but surprisingly easy to drink. The perfect bev for this oncoming Phoenix heat 🥵 🗻🍓
NEW SEASONAL FEATURE: Grove
Cardamom and orange, classic Swedish dessert ingredient pairings - Sweden is known for its forests. Grove feels fitting for this bev. Much like Sweden’s flag, this drink is a big plus 😛
NEW SEASONAL FEATURE: Palma
Lavender is native to the Mediterranean. “palma” is Italian for palm tree, what coconuts grow on. A fun way to fuse the two ingredients. Served with your choice of espresso or matcha.

Rwanda Jarama just arrived.
Grown at 1,700–1,900 masl near Lake Kivu by smallholder farmers, all local Bourbon varieties and fully washed at the Jarama station.
Super clean, super dialed.
Lemon, date, sarsaparilla, chocolate.
Bright, structured, and just a little root beer energy in there.
