Last year, our TEAM stepped inside the heart of Hacienda Patrón in Jalisco, where passion isn’t a tagline, it’s a way of life. From the jimadores harvesting the agave, to the 60 skilled hands that shape every single bottle, every step is a ritual of precision, patience, and pride.
You don’t just see the craft, you feel it. In the heat of the ovens, in the rhythm of the tahona, in the hospitality that turns tradition into something deeply personal.
So today, we’re not just celebrating Cinco de Mayo, we’re raising a glass to the people, the process, and the passion behind it all.

A driving force behind smarter systems and stronger business, Katie leads with clarity, consistency, and care. From grounded budgeting to team-first leadership, she creates space for collaboration, pushes work further, and sets the tone for what excellence looks like every day.
🌍 Tara Marshall – Culture & Inclusion
Tara turns inclusion into action. A champion for equity, access, and belonging, she builds frameworks where diverse voices are heard and valued. Her work across advocacy, education, and community continues to shape a more inclusive future, within TEAM and beyond.
🌟 Lindsay Cromer – Mentorship & Legacy
With deep expertise and a passion for sharing her knowledge with others, Lindsay leads by example. Her commitment to mentorship, paired with 15+ years of client knowledge, empowers teams, strengthens programs, and builds a legacy that will last well beyond the work itself.
