WE ARE HIRING...We are on the look out to find someone to fill the role of Studio Co-ordinator at We Are Studio, a small e-Commerce photostudio based in Parkhall, SE21.
Our ideal would be to fill it with someone who knows the local area that will bring enthusiasm, organisation and great cups of tea (when its their round). Being a small team we are looking for someone with a great team-player attitude - we have a fun studio and hope to keep it that way!
It is an excellent role for someone looking to work within a small company and to flex their organisational skills, with opportunities to develop the role further down the line and would be well suited to someone looking for an office manager role. Despite being photography studio we don’t require any experience in this field as we’ve got those skills covered.
The main aspect of this role is supporting the team work as efficiently as possible. We really need someone who is just as happy to make the the tea through to working independently managing all stock and deliveries, liaising with clients through to giving the studio a quick tidy - sometimes fun and exciting, sometimes not!
Tasks involved-
Working closely with the team to help the studio run smoothly
Responsible for the upkeep of studio and equipment
Prepping sets & product
Taking initiative and actively seeking to support the team
Administration duties
Coordination of deliveries in and out of studio
Daily pre-shoot prep and organisation allowing smooth running of shoots
Must haves-
Happy to take guidance from team as well as work independently
Great organisation skills
A positive attitude & enthusiasm
For the right candidate we can be flexible on working hours, full time being our ideal, but if the person for the job is a parent and need flexibility for pickups or has their own side gig they need some time for, we are very open to working around this!

It’s a celebration! We made it to 6, and our birthday gift to selves is our tip top new site launching thanks to the cool cats at @hyperkitstudio
Definitely feels like a celebration... 6years, 5 daily shouts of ‘Shit! Tea’ from Franny, 4 studio moves, 3 lockdowns , 2 Frans (❤️) and just 1 WE ARE STUDIO team (fuelled by countless cups of Yorkshire tea and the occasional-ish volcano coffee)
*ignoring 1 global pandemic off the stats **And extra apology to all those getting the ‘We are studio have just posted after not posting in a while’ notification... maybe the 7th is the year we actually do socials...
We Are celebrating... today we are 5 🎉 got our best hats on and cheers-ing from an appropriate distance looking forward when we can actually celebrate it with our incredible team! We are a team of women so what better way then to celebrate with some other girls from clients old and new.
We have been incredibly lucky to have the best clients who stuck by us when we were just 2 of us and a wonky mannequin for a friend (and obviously our beloved @julieandrobin ) through to now where back as a temporary team of 2, with bookings coming in despite a pandemic.
More then ever we appreciate everyone we work with and here is just a few of our awesome clients who we wholeheartedly encourage you to shop and support through this tough time for us all.

We Are Open (still 🙌🏼) and so are lots of awesome clients. We have adapted with the lockdown and are all WFH, but the set has come too! So if you can get your product to us we can get you your pictures.
More then ever it’s important to support the independent retailers (just a handful we’ve been working with in the last few weeks tagged here, who you should definitely check out)
