Cardiff, Valleys, Peckham - it’s a three fifty mile round trip. Three different places, three different periods of history, three different groups of young people. But is it the same story time after time? Explore protest through the ages, as young people from Platfform’s Next Up Academy, Valleys Kids’ Penygraig Youth Theatre and Harris Academy Peckham take us on a powerful journey about what they stand for. From the 1910 Tonypandy Riots to the 1981 Brixton Uprising all the way through to a nation divided in 2026, Fight, Flight, Survive puts young people at the centre of the narrative and asks the question - what do they need to thrive in a world that is falling apart around them? Told through devised material from each of the groups, with Hip-hop beats, movement and a lyrical twist, this production celebrates what makes us unique, and the fights that unite us. - Caerdydd, y Cymoedd, Peckham – mae’n daith 350 milltir.
