This time last week, the team attended the @2020levels Job Fair to discuss all things events, careers, and opportunities at We Group.
Our production, operations and marketing teams hosted a panel discussion - sharing some insight on how they entered the events industry, what their roles involve, and advice for anyone looking to kick-start a career in festivals and live events.

For the third year running, The Fair & We Group were proud to take over a stage at the Night Time Economy Summit - Europeās largest night-time conference. From on-site challenges to securing the future of independent festivals, we brought together some of the brightest minds across music, festivals and live events to debate key industry challenges, share real insights, and champion the future of independent events.
Huge thank you to everyone who came along and supported us in Liverpool this year - and a special thanks to NTIA @ntiaofficial for continuing to push the industry forward with events like this.

Our Chief Operating Officer Rob and OPS Manager Kat ventured to Epsom earlier this week, to discuss all things events, jobs and opportunities with students at the University for the Creative Arts, London.
The team said it was inspiring to see such passion amongst the next generation of event professionals, who enjoyed hearing about the vast range of festivals and events that We Are OPS and the teams across We Group deliver globally.

There have been some incredible festivals and events produced this year, including those weāre proud to have delivered at We Group. Some standout moments:
- 10 shows in two weeks, with global acts at Burgess Park and world-firsts at Old Royal Naval College.
- The UKās first competitive socialising weekender, inviting guests to put their skills and speed to the test with bungee runs, climbing walls, World Chase Tag, Batak Pro and more.
- Notting Hill Carnival, the worldās second largest event, which our teams supported with zone management, event control and ELT meetings throughout the weekend.
