London, UK – Independent production company @factnotfictionfilms has released the official trailer for its new short drama @agirlcalledalicefilm - a powerful film tackling the growing issue of mobile phone theft in London. The 15-minute short film stars @teganmuggeridge @antonioaakeel @tomi.may Wayne Edge @rita_ramnani @_stevencooke Omar Mustafa @edwindelarenta @flinn_stagram @_ilayda_green_ and explores the devastating consequences of phone theft and the broader social issues surrounding the escalating epidemic of street crime affecting many major cities. The film shot by cinematographer @edwhite1991 is expected to begin festival screenings across the UK later this year. Produced by Fact Not Fiction Films, the project continues the company’s long-standing tradition of using storytelling to explore real-world issues. Over the past two decades the company has developed a reputation for producing socially relevant documentaries and short films addressing important topics, including short productions such as Missing a Note, Finding Wilson, Aguska, A Swiped Illusion, Angel Fleet and Eve Groves.
