Personalized Coaching
You don’t need a tougher plan. You need a plan that meets you where you are and grows with you.
At Waybound, I offer 1-on-1 coaching for runners who want more than just mileage: structure, reflection, mindset, and support that adapts to life.
Whether you’re chasing your first ultra, coming back from injury, or trying to train with more consistency or clarity, this is a partnership, not a template.
We talk honestly, train smart, and build confidence that lasts beyond race day.
If that’s the kind of support you’ve been missing, I’ve got space for you.

Mental Strategy + Purpose
The miles matter. But the mindset matters more. Training isn’t just about progression; it’s about perspective.
I coach runners through the physical and emotional terrain of long-distance goals, helping them make better in-race decisions, stay grounded during setbacks, and most importantly find meaning in the process.
Because toughness alone isn’t enough. Clarity, adaptability, and purpose are what hold you together when the wheels start to come off.
This is what Waybound is built for: honest, long-haul coaching rooted in intention. Let’s talk if you’re ready to run with more purpose.

Who Waybound is For
Waybound isn’t just for elites or beginners.
It’s for the reflective, the curious, the comeback stories and the in-betweeners.
The runners asking: what’s next? Or: how do I do this differently this time?
If you’re training for a 200-miler or just trying to reconnect with why you run, I coach with realism, structure, and zero ego.
This isn’t a factory. It’s a partnership.
And if you’re ready for one, I’d love to meet you.

I’m not sure if I could get more excited for one of my athletes racing?! @kjanes14 is doing @ultratrailsnowdonia 55k! Her season opener, and can it be more exciting than this. After tons of hours climbing and descending hard this winter Karlie is ready to show what she can bring to these gnarly mountains.
Powercouple incoming! @adamfearnall and @kelseypamela have already put their racing shoes to work twice this year. Next up Wharfbound @paddlefestnb . That said, what shoes do well on seaweed? Kelsey’s going after the 19k, just fully recovered from MIUT. Adam’s doing the 11k, third race in equal amount of weekends, a fun intermezzo before the next big one next weekend.
Right of the bat Jordan @lostintheroaast is racing @jecoursqc Trail du Coureur des Bois Duchesnay 18k. Two weeks after TdC this will be a fresh and détendu start to trail running. Let’s go boss!
Only a 2 week transition from a successful New Jersey marathon to the steep trails of her first single day ultra, @juliannemcginnis is ready to rumble the @eagletonrun 47k. Nothing her strong mind and can’t handle. Let’s go!
The “boyz” are going at it again this weekend. @sutton_inferno_trail is a fun team-based event, where runners try to complete as many laps as possible. @ambroiselallz is in one team and will have to also battle it out with @runnik100km and @theoosport , part of another team? Who do you think will make the final?
How apt is it that Eva is racing this week! Goal for this part of the season was to pace me at Coco this week… so now instead she goes back to her local Koning van Spanje @mudsweattrails.nl . But not for one race, not for two, for three consecutive races Friday, Saturday, and Sunday!!
No one is as ready as @doing.just.pine to throw it down! Locked in from the moment we started talking about the @ftonmarathon ! All the work is done (10x). It’s time to enjoy the fruits of labour. And with @adamfearnall as the perfect pacer, we are aiming to the stars and beyond! Can we go already?!
Oh, boy, are we off to the races or what!? What a packed and stacked line up @adamfearnall has for 2026! Some journey this will be.
First things first; Hanwell Hammering @dutchvikingevents 25k this weekend (a short marathon intermezzo the week after) and Rompin’ Rockwood 52k @saintjohntrailrunning as an important marker for this early season.
