TEAM BODY AND MINDSETS CAME, SAW, AND CONQUERED 🏆🔥 - Three of my athletes stepped on stage at NPC Universe and ALL THREE walked away with their IFBB Pro Cards. Let that sink in. - First up, @rkshredz . After placing 4th at NPC Nationals back in December, we didn’t waste a second. We got off that stage and went straight to work. He came back to Universe with a chip on his shoulder and something to prove—and sealed the deal with 1st place in Class C Open. That’s what relentless execution looks like. - Then there’s @horse_jv , 60 years young. Took 1st place in Men’s Physique Masters 60+ and 3rd in Masters 50+—and this was only his second show ever. One to qualify. One to win his pro card. Next stop: WIN a Masters Pro Show… and then we set our sights on the Tokyo Masters Olympia in 2027. Age is just a number when your work ethic is elite. - Last but definitely not least @mr.unfazed__ . This started as just a fun challenge to compete with a friend at NPC Atlantic States… which he won. After that, I told him, “Let’s give NPC Universe a shot. We’ve got nothing to lose.” He was skeptical at first, but came back the next day asking what it would take. In a division that’s untested, as a natural athlete, we dialed in, trusted the plan, and walked away with a IFBB pro card in just his second show. Unreal. - I’m incredibly proud of these three gentlemen—L..not just for turning pro, but for how they showed up every single day. Their discipline. Their heart. Their ability to execute under pressure. This is what #TheBAMplan is all about !!!!! - #WatchBAMwork

AND NEW IFBB MENS PHYSIQUE PRO @javain.fit 🥇🏆 ! - WOW where to begin writing this caption I am struggling to even put words together how proud I am of Javain to turn PRO in only 2 shows. - For 7-8 years I’ve been great friends with Javain asking him to compete bc I knew he could win. One deep conversation & we began our 1st prep 16 weeks ago. - I knew Javain being a natural guy who has never competed would still wreck havoc in the NPC. We prep for the NPC Easterns Championships in NY/NJ for 12 weeks to end up placing 2nd in the open MP division. Speaking to the judges @steveweinberger.bevsgym @justin_randall91 and @diamondgympro all insisted Javain go for his pro card. We took their feedback and applied everything necessary in 4 additional weeks for @npcnationals . - I am so glad Javain called me the day after placing 2nd and said “F*ck that shit l don’t want 2nd I want 1st and my pro card”. I told him let’s get to work. He was truly motivated and determined to earn his spot in the @ifbb_pro_league ! - Turning pro is something that I’ve always known he was capable of doing. To be quite honest with you this is one of the easiest preps I’ve ever seen someone go through from a dieting and training perspective. But in no way was this mentally easy for Javain as he was dealing with different things in his personal life. Throughout the process, we’ve had many deep conversations, and I assured him that his life will get better as long as he puts his faith in God and continues to stay resilient. - Truly blessed to have him as a client and as a close friend. He is very coachable and hard-working, which made my job very effective and efficient. Even when I had him eat 50g carbs for a week straight along with 90mins of cardio 😂 - I want to give a big shout out to my close friend @emanual_31 for being his posing coach. Taking the time to get on FaceTime with us not only correcting his posing, but also giving Pro tips that were true gems. No one I trusted more to help than EMAN being a top 4 Olympian back to back years. His resumes speaks for itself. EMAN thank you so much brother, you know how much this meant to us !! - Sincerely, -IFBB PRO ATHLETE & COACH BAM 💥

5’9 286 ➡️ 153 lbs This journey started 2 years ago when I got tired of feeling sorry for myself. I got tired of being the “fat friend”. I hated taking a pictures no matter the setting. The few I find I hold onto as a reminder to never neglect myself to that state again. I found any excuse to avoid outings. I wanted to hide. I fought for my happiness and my health. I suffered an acute stroke before 30. I was told that if I continued on the path I was on I was going to need a cane to walk cause of how badly I was pinching the nerves in my feet and legs due to my weight. To think now I can actually run a mile, do a push up and even do a pull up— if you told me 2 years ago about all the fitness stuff that I made my personality, I wouldn’t believe you! But as they say, never say never. Never did I think I would be able to partake in any of these little trends. I never thought I actually could lose the weight with no help of surgery or any other weightloss trend that’s going on right now. However, I proved myself wrong and the long list of people who had plenty to say about me. Starting with my coach @watchbamwork during September’25 truly was the push I needed to take myself to the next level. Achieving a 50 pound deficit and transforming my body to prepare for what’s next.. yeah we’re cooking! Don’t stop documenting your journey. #weightloss #gym #fitness #wellness #bodybuilding

Client spotlight: @shanais_fitlife Returning to @pittpowerfit one year later with the goal of earning her Pro card, Shanai brought everything she had prepared a year for. Her prep was dialed in. Every detail was executed with intention, and from our side, this looked like the show she was ready to win. But bodybuilding doesn’t always reward effort in the way you expect. After callouts, Shanai was placed 4th, which came as a shock to both of us. Judges later gave feedback that her upper body was exactly where it needed to be, but that her lower body was carrying too much density and overall muscle. The direction was to downsize her legs and get more upper glutes, and avoid bringing in such a dry, hard conditioning. For context, Shanai is 100% natural, so adjustments like that are possible but not simple. And more than anything, it’s difficult hearing that the work you’ve poured into building a physique is appreciated, but not rewarded in the way you anticipated. Still, none of that takes away from what she brought to the stage. Shanai handled everything like a professional, stayed composed through the process, and showed exactly why she’s someone with real potential in this sport. We regroup, we adjust, and we keep moving. There’s still more in the tank. - #TheBAMplan

There’s something powerful about pressure. A few weeks out from stepping on stage, and I can honestly say… life has changed in so many ways. Challenges, sacrifices, setbacks, blessings, more responsibilities, growth — all of it has shaped me into a stronger version of myself. But one thing never changed: The fire to win. If anything, it burns brighter now than ever before. Every early morning, every exhausting day, every obstacle placed in front of me has only sharpened my focus. I’m overcoming difficult paths while feeling more locked in, disciplined, and confident than I ever have before. This isn’t just prep anymore. This is purpose. Get ready… I’m coming for it all. 💪🏽🏆 @watchbamwork Let’s get the gold #npcmensphysique #noexcuses #resultsdriven #relentless

From earning their Pro cards just 2 shows ago… to stepping on stage at the New York Pro one of the most prestigious shows in the world. Proud doesn’t even begin to describe it. Both of @supersa1yan.mo & @carolcuaya proved they belong with the best. We got the feedback, we know exactly what needs to improve, and now it’s time to level up again. That’s the beauty of this sport always evolving, always growing. Extremely proud of the work, discipline, and trust they’ve both shown throughout this process. Let’s get better. - #TheBAMplan

NY PRO 2026- Being a coach goes far beyond writing training programs and meal plans. The real challenge is making sure your clients are not only progressing physically, but mentally too. Anyone can tell someone what to eat or how to train. But helping someone build confidence, stay positive through hard days, believe in themselves, and keep pushing when motivation fades… that’s the part people don’t always see. The goal is never just a better physique. It’s helping people become the strongest version of themselves inside and out. - #TheBAMplan

Client spotlight: @tommy_pomatico 6 weeks ago at @mountvernonbarbell Tommy told me he was cutting on his own and was the leanest he’s ever been. I joked and said, “You know the New York Pro amateur is 6 weeks away… why not just jump in?” At first he laughed it off, but a few hours later he texted me, “What do we have to do to get me on stage?” From that moment on, he never looked back. Honestly, Tommy was one of the easiest clients I’ve ever worked with. Anything I asked for got done immediately. No excuses, no second guessing, just relentless work ethic and consistency every single day. My job became less about pushing him physically and more about helping him believe in himself. 6 weeks later… first show ever, skips true novice, wins the novice class, and places top 3 in a stacked open class at the New York Pro. Couldn’t be more proud of you bro. - #TheBAMplan

From December 5th to today, it’s been a powerful journey of hard work and dedication. I’m beyond proud of what I’ve accomplished. I want to thank my family and friends for their constant support—especially my sisters, who uplifted me when I felt down, and felt like giving up @ndngrl , @nimajo The @onyxfitnessli Crew, for showing me love every step of the way and providing a dopa ass gym to train out of. I’m so grateful to @twaleytrains for capturing my journey through photos and reels! I also want to thank posing coach @pam.lomba her female perspective has gotten me through times when I felt like I wasn’t enough. Her guidance gave me confidence to own the stageI especially want to thank Coach @watchbamwork for his unmatched patience and guidance—he made sure my diet and regimen were always on point. I’ve always felt confident going to him with any issues, and he always responded promptly. He was so on top of making sure I presented my best body ever—I was the leanest and most shredded I’ve ever been. He has truly changed my life and my view of my body and fitness goals forever. I will be forever grateful. This is just the beginning—stay tuned for my next chapter in fitness! #pov #npcwellness #trusttheprocess #bodybuilding
