Tomorrow, Saturday, March 28, is the last day to see the
@cranbrookceramics Alumni Exhibition at Chrysler House during
@nceca ! The gallery will be open from 10am to 5pm.
The exhibition brings together more than 100 works by
@cranbrook_art alumni ceramicists spanning over 70 years—featuring artists from 21 states and three countries, and including celebrated figures such as Marie Woo, Mie Kongo, and Rob Raphael. Thank you to all of the artists for sharing your work with the NCECA community and Detroit!
Thank you to curator Alison Wong (MFA Painting 2006), Director and Curator at Wasserman Projects and the Exhibition Committee Fabio J. Fernández (MFA Sculpture 2002), Executive Director of the National Sculpture Society; Ian McDonald, Head of Ceramics at Cranbrook Academy of Art; and Shelley Selim, the Mort Harris Curator of Automotive, Industrial, and Decorative Design at the Detroit Institute of Arts.
