NEW CLIENT 🇬🇷 The Eugenes x AMPR Global
I am so happy to announce that
@amprglobal expands its client portfolio in my beloved Greece with the global communications account for
@the_eugenes —a brand new villa collection and experience company founded by Dimitris Tikgas, approaching private travel as a considered practice shaped by preparation and lived experience. I am so excited for this launch!
Defined by a deliberately selective portfolio of private residences across Greece, the collection remains intentionally limited, ensuring alignment across setting, design, and service. Every property is personally inspected and purposefully chosen, allowing for depth, continuity, and a high level of engagement with every stay.
Experiences sit at the core of the brand’s philosophy. Guests may sail the Greek seascape through EUGENES on Board with Carino; explore craftsmanship through The Private Atelier or From Silk to Couture with Zeus + Dione; or swim privately with Olympian Giannis Fountoulis. Complementary elements range from private chefs, dedicated drivers, wellness and fitness engagement, to tailored cultural access.
Each stay is overseen by a dedicated Villa Manager, translating the standards of five-star hospitality into the rhythm of a personal residence.
The destinations themselves reveal the brand’s point of view. While The Eugenes maintains a presence in established Cycladic locations such as Antiparos, Mykonos, and Paros, its defining strength lies in places where luxury hotel infrastructure is limited—or deliberately absent. Chios, Ithaca, Kea, Syros, Skiathos, and Corfu are destinations where access, local knowledge, and private residences are essential to meaningful travel.
Each destination is represented by a small number of residences, reinforcing a commitment to depth over scale and to places where architecture, landscape, and lived experience converge.
Grounded in time spent on the ground—personally experiencing drivers, captains, restaurateurs, and local collaborators—The Eugenes operates by a simple maxim:
Ἔζημεν ἃ σὺ ζήσεις
“We have lived what you will live.”
