TONIGHT⛵️Welcome back to Newport for the 14th annual VX One Monday Night Series hosted by @iyac_newport ! Every Monday from May to October, Newport’s largest high performance fleet will battle it out on Narragansett Bay in some of the most competitive one design racing around. Mike Marshall and Hayden Bennett have dominated the series since 2019 with over 20 boats competing, but only a couple points have separated the top boats over the past few years. This year the fleet implements @vakaros_sailing RaceSense technology for better starts and data analytics. Newport will also host the 2026 VX East Coast Championship as part of @nyyc_regattas Race Week in July. Come join us! The splash down of this new VX One recently at Coconut Grove Sailing Club, @grovesailing , shone a light on its hybrid keel. Weighing in at 176Ibs (80kgs), this hybrid keel is a key reason why the VX One makes high-performance sailing fun and accessible to so many sailors.

Date change notice to the VX One Worlds: The VX One Worlds is now 5–10 April 2027 (was 29 March–3 April) at Shake-A-Leg Miami / Coconut Grove Sailing Club.
The shift aligns with the Bacardi Cup date (1–3 April) and the Easter period, giving teams the best chance to train and tune up on Biscayne Bay.
We know some of you have already planned around the original dates—thank you for your understanding.
We can’t wait to welcome VX One sailors from around the world for a week of top-level one-design racing.

Congratulations to Trevor Parekh’s Bae Safari CAN 366 for taking the top spot at @chsraceweek 2026! Racing came down to the final day with lots of movement on the leaderboard. After a short AP, the VX fleet completed another 3 races with Trevor Parekh’s Bae Safari CAN 366 moving into first place with 13 points, followed by John Morreale’s Rosebud USA 298, and John Porter’s Far Side USA 343 with 17 and 18 points respectively. The final day of racing kicks off now!
