Full disclosure: I didn’t know that I wanted to go on this trip. I kept hoping it would be cancelled. Not because I didn’t trust the team
@czerlonka but because I didn’t know how I’d be a PERSON out in the world, alone with out my little family by my side.
And then, with all the support from
@landonbeard @justvaliptak @ali_cobrin @zakresnick and
@lipsmackmusic I said yes. Pretty much Landon said I HAD to go. And that’s LOVE.
Group travel (even for this little introverted cancer) is where it’s AT. This experience was transformative. And not just because I went on a cool trip, but because the PEOPLE on said trip couldn’t have been more kind and generous with their lives and talents. (Before this I didn’t know how to get on the WiFi in…well anywhere, let alone make a reel.)
Something about each of them brought out a little life in me.
I pinched myself every hour to remind myself that this was ACTUALLY happening.
