A dream carried from dusty fields to purpose. 🙏🏾
Today I stand humbled as I officially launch the Vuyo Biyela Foundation through a tournament that speaks to my roots, my journey and the boy I once was. From development grounds to this moment, it has always been bigger than me.
The Vuyo Biyela Foundation is built on one mission and that is to open doors for the next generation. To nurture young talent, create opportunities through sport, and restore dignity by investing in our communities because every child deserves a chance to be seen, guided and to dream beyond their circumstances.
I’m deeply honoured to walk this path with the Umlazi Local Football Association as we commit ourselves to shaping futures and feeding dreams.
Umlazi is not just a place. It’s a heartbeat of talent, resilience, and untold stories waiting for a chance. Now this this is my way of giving that chance.
A dream come true. Kodwa umsebenzi uyaqala manje. 🩷🖤⚽️
What a day to remember.
From the airport to Umlazi, every stop reminded me why this journey means so much. The laughs, the love, the quiet moments before the big night, it all built up to something truly special.
Heading back home to fetch my mom before the premiere was the highlight of it all. Seeing her pride, her joy… that’s when it hit me 🥹, this isn’t just about a movie, it’s about where we come from, who we do it for, and how far we’ve come. ❤️
Durban, my people, you showed me so much love. You filled that cinema with warmth and energy that can’t be described. Ngiyabonga, you reminded me what home feels like 🙏🏽
Inguquko is more than a film, it’s a reflection of us, our stories, and our growth. An art with a touch of home, brought to the big screen. Thanks to my brother Mel for bringing what was once a vision to life ♥️

2 weeks ago I took part in a Childhood Cancer Walkathon, and I can honestly say it reminded me how powerful even small steps can be. 😊Every step we take together is a step towards making someone’s life a little brighter. It’s not just about showing up, it’s about showing care, and using whatever platform we have to make a difference. I’m grateful for the chance to give back and to walk alongside people who share the same heart for change. ♥️ @smarttubbieselc@chocfoundationsa

Yesterday I celebrated my birthday, and this year I chose to celebrate differently, by giving back to the community that raised me.
Today I will be on The Line Up on SuperSport at 18h30 (Channel 202) with Fiso Mazibuko and Hope Mbhele, talking about something very close to my heart, the Vuyo Biyela Foundation Football Tournament.
This is more than football, it is purpose, it is legacy, it is community.
On Saturday, 25 April 2026, we gather at King Zwelithini Stadium, Umlazi, for a day of sport, unity, and hope.
Thank you to everyone who has supported this vision. We are just getting started. ⚽🙏🏾
This is what a proper skin treatment looks like.
Dry, dehydrated skin can easily lead to irritation, breakouts, and even the occasional ingrown which is exactly what we addressed here.
During this session, I focused on restoring hydration, strengthening the skin barrier, and doing targeted extractions where needed to clear congestion.
It’s not just about “cleaning the skin” it’s about correcting what’s causing the issues in the first place.
If your skin feels dry, looks dull, or you’re dealing with random breakouts, it’s time to treat it properly.
Book your treatment and keep it simple and consistent. booking link in the bio.
5 days to go. ⚽️
What started as a dream in the dusty streets of Umlazi is now a living promise to the next generation. The Vuyo Biyela Foundation Football Tournament is almost here.
This is more than football. It’s about shaping futures, feeding dreams and reminding young boys that where you come from does not limit where you can go.
Umlazi, we are coming home. 🫡
Free entry, bring your umbrellas, coolers and camp chairs and enjoy a fun filled family day. ⛱️😎
Full circle moment 🙌🏽⚽
From playing street football in Umlazi to now hosting a tournament in the same community, I am taking it back to where it all began.
Having once played on these very streets and under the local football structures, this moment is deeply personal, a return not just to a place, but to the roots that shaped me.
This is what legacy looks like. 🙏🏾 Coming back to uplift the very streets that raised you, and creating opportunities for the next generation to dream even bigger. 🩷🖤⚽
