Lois has been one of those people.
From two curatorial terms to serving as Community Manager, she has poured her vision, care, and energy into Vomnetwork; 6 exhibitions, 4 workshops, and countless moments that brought us closer, stronger, and more aligned.
Her impact lives beyond the work. It lives in the culture, the connections, and the standard she set.
As she steps away from this role, she doesn’t step away from us.
Lois continues her journey within Vomnetwork as one of our advisors and Culture Keepers within the curatorial council. She remains a lasting voice in shaping what we are becoming.

In my session at the just concluded Launchpad workshop I asked everyone in the room to do something simple; but deeply revealing.
First, to merge letters from their names with letters from the word that represents their biggest dream, forming a new fun moniker that symbolized who they were becoming.
Then came the real exercise.
I asked each person to write down one thing they are not appreciated enough for.
Not to complain.
But so that someone else in the room could read it aloud and together, we could practice something many communities struggle with:
APPRECIATION.
