We are pleased to announce that @vollut participate in the APANAGE DAYS Cyprus 2025.
The cyprus curation highlights artists who understand visibility as opportunity – using the public space as a bridge between physical impact and digital reach.
Vollut creates worlds pixel by pixel, yet what emerges is deeply human. Their visual language – dreamlike, glitchy, and precise – feels like the inner landscape of someone who never stopped imagining. Each frame invites us into environments built not only from data, but from memory, nostalgia, and a quiet sense of wonder. There’s something cinematic in the way their characters sit at desks, wander fields, or gaze at impossible skies – like snapshots from a video game that never existed, but still shaped our childhood.
At Apanage, we curate the artist behind the work and the vision they aim to create.
The Apanage Days are milestones in building a global network of billboards toward our vision of Apanage Global.
For twenty-four hours, every screen in the world will display art simultaneously.
Together we will create the most visible art moment in history.
Welcome to Apanage.
„Not Your Grandfather’s Art. But It Deserves To Be.“
If your work speaks this language, we welcome your submission through the form in our bio.

I wanted to write a long caption describing the idea behind this piece, but I think it's better to step back and let it find its place on its own. Let me know what kind of feelings this evokes, if any 🟠

Between the past and the future 🔵
109 billion people have died in the last ~200,000 years. Everyone living today will be gone in a century, adding 8 billion to that number. Each person has made a contribution to this world. Some contributions may seem tiny and insignificant at first glance, while others are huge and influential. But all have played a role in shaping where we are today. You are one of them, paving a path into the future for billions yet to come.
If you ever feel like your life lacks meaning, remember this: you are an essential link between the past and the future. It's up to you how significant your contribution will be, but the mere fact that you exist is already enough.

Minecraft was the first game I ever purchased. It was still in beta back in 2011, and the fact that this game is still extremely successful after more than a decade makes me think there's more to it than everyone thinks.
We mostly play task-driven games now. There's always an objective or some narrative to push us forward.
But Minecraft was very different from that. I was free to do whatever I wanted, and I remember spending whole days building stuff. This game was made for creativity, and to this day, I can't stop being amazed by the things people are able to create there.
In some ways, Minecraft is both an art form, 3D software, a social platform, and a fictional universe. If you think it's just a game for kids, then you're very wrong. I'm pretty sure a lot of those kids will grow up to be architects, designers, programmers, engineers, or artists. I'm one of those kids who grew up. And you?
