I handle AMA’s Collegiate relationships across the state to support our students so I absolutely loved moderating a session with @natstronaut focused on breaking into the marketing industry, speaking to our student attendees and professionals navigating career changes.
I also joined @carleycorwin and @ogd26 with the incredibly talented and founder of MARCON @farbux moderating for a panel discussion on building trust through social media, where we shared practical strategies and insights attendees could apply immediately.

Turning 50 feels pretty special… not only because it’s a new decade, but this year I decided I’m actually going to celebrate it.
I haven’t celebrated my birthday in a big way in many years (mainly because I’m a Valentine baby), so these last couple of weeks of dinners, laughter, birthday messages and great times with incredible girlfriends have meant more than I can say.
So grateful for the friendships, the love, and this beautiful new decade. ✨
When I asked myself where I wanted to open my eyes on the morning I turned 50…it was Sedona. So I gave myself peace, red rocks, quiet moments, and space to breathe.
Somewhere between the mountains, laughter, love, and unexpectedly finding a Buddhist meditation garden on my birthday, exactly the kind of stillness my heart was craving, I was gifted time for reflection and prayer.
I realized something:
I’m not trying to become someone new. I’m finally giving myself permission to discover who I’ve been becoming all along.
Life shapes us into many roles: daughter, student, wife, mother, friend, business owner and we spend years showing up. This season feels different. It feels like space to ask who I want to be. My three beautiful children will always be my greatest legacy and the privilege of my life.
This next chapter feels less about proving, more about presence.
Less hustle.
More meaning.
More vulnerability.
More love for the woman I am still unfolding into.
If this decade is about anything, I hope it’s about living awake. Here’s to 50 ✨🎂🍾

Whether you think New Year’s is overrated or believe it’s a full-on reset, today feels like a moment to pause. To toast making it through the hard days, celebrating the good ones, and showing up even when it wasn’t easy.
