OHR May 2026 - MEMORIES Part 1️⃣ ✨🌴 I’m still feeling the special magic of Costa Rica. It truly felt like a dream. Honestly, I never really planned to travel to Costa Rica, but somehow it was meant to happen. Fate had other plans after I won the giveaway. And honestly, if I hadn’t gone, I would have missed out on something truly special. #OHR really feels like magic, like a reset for your body and even for your sense of time. This retreat gave me so much. A huge thank you again to @hooptrip and @guapoh13 for creating such an outstanding event. I felt so cared for, surrounded by nature, incredible animals, good food, connection and friendship. My soul feels grateful. I felt a little more connected to myself again, enough to truly say: I am good just the way I am. Everything comes at the right time, exactly the way it’s meant to. The vibe of the group was simply incredible. I felt supported, included, and uplifted. Thank you to every single one of you!! 🙏🏼 And I also don’t want to leave my amazing roommates unmentioned. Thank you for your energy! I honestly couldn’t have wished for better roommates - 22 NONI forever 💪🏼 I will carry so many beautiful moments in my heart for a very long time. Moments that life writes for you, the kind you only experience when you leave your comfort zone behind. Thank you, life. No-Tutorial-Alert ⚠️ This is a reminder ⚠️ Because I got quite a few messages after my last video from people currently working on their nemesis trick or drilling caps… I wanted to share something again. This is how my #caps journey started… and how it ended 8 months later 🥹 A little reminder that it’s always worth sticking with it, no matter which trick you’re currently working on. Keep going. Keep practicing. It will be worth it. 💫 Consider this your reminder to never give up and to keep showing up for yourself, even when progress feels slow. With everything going on with my knee right now, this feels like an important reminder for myself too 🙏🏼 Being a beginner is part of the journey❗️ Happy Friday & have a beautiful weekend everyone! 🌺🌻

That’s what progress often looks like: trying, wobbling, adjusting, repeating. Not perfect. Just consistent. Because consistency is the real magic behind every trick, every transition and every moment of flow!! Got it? Slowly, I’m arriving back home again and trying to reflect on the last magical week @oasishoopretreat 🌴✨🦥 I’m so incredibly grateful that I decided to travel to Costa Rica, otherwise I would have missed out on so much. I feel rested, inspired, and deeply touched. I learned so much, opened my heart to many beautiful new people and cherished every single moment with my friends. 🫶🏻 The biggest thank you goes to @hooptrip and @guapoh13 for making all of this possible, for showing me the heart of Costa Rica and with it, your own hearts too. Rebecca & Brandin you are truly wonderful!!! 🤍 This retreat is different… it’s simply magical. It’s rare that I can fully be myself somewhere, but here, it was possible. Thank you for creating a space like this. I already miss all of you so much!! Also… I’m no longer sweating 24/7, which honestly feels kind of wrong now. 😂🌴 And if I would go again?
