Allow me to reintroduce myself. ✨🥂 I’m Kreshonna Keane, also known as Visuals By K. I am photographer, creative director, film director, and interior designer from the Bronx, NY. I started my journey in the creative industry 15 years ago at the mere age of 15 🥹, and in 2024, I launched Visuals By K Studios LLC. This venture allows me to encompass all the visual arts I offer, embracing my diverse passions without limits. My work has landed me on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for Art & Style, and in publications such as Cosmopolitan, Essence and Hypebae. I have been blessed to work with a number of clients including Spotify, Savage X Fenty, Converse and more. I believe that creatives are truly superheroes. We each have unique superpowers that allow us to make something out of nothing. As creatives we are constantly navigating challenges, and transforming visions into realities. My journey has been fueled by passion, resilience and the desire to inspire others through my work. The world is really ours. 🤍🥂 ✨ One of my goals for 2025 was to foster more intentional collaborations and connections. I want to say thank you to @booktodostudio & @meechsmommy for collaborating with me on these amazing portraits. Had the pleasure of capturing the @hellobeautiful x @madamenoire Women To Know Brunch ✨ As my first event back, it felt incredibly special to be surrounded by so many powerful, talented, and inspiring women all in one room. Grateful to have been trusted to document such a beautiful experience filled with connection, celebration, and community. There’s something so meaningful about women creating spaces where other women can be seen, supported, and celebrated and this brunch was exactly that. Thank you again for having me behind the lens. Swipe through for some of my favorite moments from the day 📸🤍 #BlackWomenCreatives #womeninbusiness #NYCPhotographer #beauty #creativelife

5 years later, still standing Ten Toes Down. 🩰🤎 As Women’s Month is coming to a close, I’m revisiting this amazing project on its 5th anniversary. Five years later, Ten Toes Down still speaks. A reflection on discipline, identity, and the quiet absence of black and brown girls in spaces that demand so much of them. This project is a reflection of the women and girls whose stories often exist in the margins; unspoken, underrepresented, and too often unseen. Ten Toes Down honors the girls who show up anyway; who stretch, endure, and create beauty in spaces that don’t fully hold them. Her softness is not weakness, her discipline is not invisible, and her story is not singular. This is for the girls who have learned to adapt and rise. A reminder, especially now, that we deserve to be seen. #internationalwomensmonth #womensmonth #photographer #nycphotographer #creator

This chapter in my life is unexplainably difficult yet so beautiful at the same time. I keep asking God, why me? While navigating all the struggles postpartum has to offer, I find myself in a familiar place of worry, self doubt, and imposter syndrome. The difference, however, is that I now have two big beautiful eyes watching my every move, listening to my every word, feeling my energy, and honoring my presence. I’m starting to realize that God is refining me, drawing me closer, teaching me self-love, calming my spirit, healing my heart, guiding my steps, and preparing me for what’s next. Life lately has looked like this… - Creating beautiful memories with my beautiful baby - Finding new ways to take care of my mental health - Revisiting and repurposing old work - Expanding my career and challenging myself during the hardest season of my life - Trusting God’s plan Follow me on this journey as I navigate motherhood while redefining myself as a creative. ✨ #newmom #motherhood #postpartum #creatorlife photographer

And you’re allowed to celebrate the masterpiece you brought into this world. Send this to a mama who needs to hear it. Episode 19 with @visualsbyk out now on all platforms!

Although 2016 was a memorable year, my mind keeps wandering back to 2020. 2020 reshaped my life in ways I never expected. Despite the challenges of living through a pandemic, I'm grateful for the unexpected pause. It gave me the chance to discover my photography style, take creative risks, and experiment with new mediums. Now, six years later, I'm experiencing a similar transformation. Motherhood has given me a new perspective, and I'm revisiting old projects, exploring new ones, and redefining my creative identity. ✨ Cover photo of me by @owenbeknowin Poem and Narration by @emefa.xyz

Capturing life's moments is my job as a photographer, but it's so much more than that. With 81,264 photos stored away, 3000 of which are of my 3-month-old daughter, I knew I had to make them last. Printique by Adorama's beautiful albums are a perfect way to preserve memories. Let's make time to print our photos as they're the legacy we leave behind. 🩷 #ad #paidpartnership #newbornphotography

2025 broke me in ways I can’t even begin to explain. When this year began, I had no idea I would be embarking on my journey into motherhood. My faith, my boundaries and my strength have all been tested and stretched thinner than I ever believed possible. In 2025, the days were heavy, the hours were long, and fear whispered louder than hope at times. Yet with every breath, and ounce of strength, I chose to show up for her — to fight for her first breath, her first smile, and the world she will grow to know. There were days I cried for what I lost, and days I cried because I realized who I was becoming. In 2025, I walked through a storm that carried us both. I learned to trade fear for tenderness, and sleepless nights for sleepy sighs and hopeful mornings. And as I hold my daughter, I now know what it means to be enough for someone else, even when I don’t feel enough for myself. So thank you, 2025… The year that broke me, but also built me up. The year that gave me my biggest blessing. The year I became this tiny human’s whole world, and she became mine. The year I became a mother.
