Stopped by Dia Beacon and discovered the work of #tehchinghsieh , he once spent an entire year living outdoors with no shelter as part of his work. That level of dedication is a reminder that meaningful art takes time, patience, and commitment. As a cinematographer , it’s a powerful lesson . Art isn’t only something we make it’s something we commit our lives to. #fuji200 #zinet #50mm
Oil has a long history with war sometimes the most powerful response is not violence but economic pressure towards the government and the powers that be
Artist/model @kad.k_ 2024 @fstudios #mamiyarb67 I underexposed the film to get more texture “How we respond to this war and all wars says something about you “
Kodacolor 200 has honestly been my least favorite Kodak color negative so far. It might’ve been the winter storm I was shooting in, or maybe just the photos I chose, but the results didn’t really hit for me. I’m still new to 35mm, and having 25+ shots to figure out on a roll feels different compared to what I’m used to. My first analog camera was the Mamiya RB67, where I only had 10 frames to be more intentional with. That slower pace worked better for how I think. These are some of the results I got from the roll.
