Last May I regretted not picking up this beauty at a vintage store in Portland. Early in April I went back to the store (after just moving here) and it was still there waiting. What’s for you will always find its way to you or you to it… either way I don’t believe in missed connections✨

This ‘puffy life tree’ was an idea for an art show last year… each color puff represents the days of our lives.
@mag.a.noodle and I had fun hot gluing them onto some sticks I found lost on the road.

Hi friends!! I’m moving to… PORTLAND mid March with my sister @mag.a.noodle ✨✨✨ It’s a very strange feeling to leave the city you’ve called home for 20 years but Portland has always tugged at my heartstrings and it’s time to figure out why!!
We are having a MOVING SALE on Sunday the 22nd with @reesemargaretj who is moving to San Diego and there’s going to be so much good stuff for sale, come on by and get a fun drink at @sunhousesac which is right next door.
My love for Sacramento will not diminish but I am excited to see if I can call a new place home.

My Second Annual Vintage Cookie Exchange last weekend was such a delightful time! To feast on dozens of different homemade cookies was truly a treat and to see the exchange of hellos between strangers and friends truly warmed my heart! I think everyone left with new connections as well as top tier baked goodies!
An idea like this only becomes reality when people help put it into action so thank you to everyone who gathered in the Young Ladies Institute building (that’s been on 27th street since 1937 wow) and brought their special cookies & cheerful attitudes. I am forever grateful and can’t wait for next year’s exchange!!
