Presenting an emptied emblem tomorrow evening at Hometeam Gallery. Hollowed out in white acrylic, all color and identity has been stripped away. Tomorrow it becomes a screen for an improvised ASCII projection: corporate detritus reborn as noise. #installationart #newmediaart #projectionmapping #asciiart #postdigital #glitchart #conceptualart #artandtechnology #mediaart #corporateaesthetics #artinstallation #reappropriation #siteSpecific #artprocess

Late-night prints pulled from a 2010 video stream I’m reworking into a small installation for Wednesday. A few fragments of old signal transformed physical again. #VideoArt #DigitalPrint #MediaInstallation #NewMediaArt #GlitchAesthetics #StudioProcess #MediaArchaeology #ArtAndTechnology

Experimental Media Activation Night Hometeam Gallery, Pioneer Square Wednesday, Nov. 12 – 6:30 PM Come to Hometeam Gallery in Pioneer Square on Wednesday the 12th for an evening of projection and moving-image experiments featuring works by cyranetic, Justin Lincoln / Notational Noise, and Aubrey Birdwell. This one-night activation exists within Yale Wolf’s neon exhibition “Finally We Have Met,” transforming the gallery into a temporary venue for short-form experimental video, and new media. Screening content will not go on all night, so arrive around 6:30 PM to experience the full sequence. Additional activities such as friends hanging out and emergent improvisation may persist — so feel free to come late too!
