Improvised, like jazz — messy, salty, and a little wild.
Just me, the sea, a phone barely standing and a few takes that were gloriously awful.
Fueled by sea air and stubbornness — somehow it became pappardelle.
Eating with Convivia means we cook with what the land gives and serve it simple, generous, and made to gather people around a table. Here, food means sharing: plates, stories, and a good glass of wine.
