Shaded by mature vines and oriented toward the pool and surrounding landscape, this outdoor space is shaped for gathering, relaxing, and long summer afternoons. From leisurely outdoor meals to quiet moments in the shade, it offers a setting where everyday routines take on the ease of summer.

Our Piedmont project (named The Carriage House in this piece), featured in California Home & Design 🤎
A 1904 home that we had the opportunity to completely reimagine alongside Verner Architects. Opening it up, bringing in light, and creating a deeper connection to the outdoors, all while preserving the soul of what was already there.
So grateful to have worked with such a talented team on a project like this, and even more grateful to see it recognized in such a beautiful way.

Starting from a hand sketch, we used AI-assisted visualization to quickly test material palettes, massing, and landscape relationships. These tools allow us to translate early ideas into atmospheric studies that help clients and teams imagine possibilities before detailed design begins.
