One of my favourite Collaborators is my Brother @densonbaker we have been collaborating since we were little kids. Here it is folks! Our 2020 Fashion film. What an honour to work with such a talented and hardworking team on this collaboration. When I first heard @jade_like_the_stone play the song ‘Lightning’ live, I knew I wanted to create something amazing with it, as it completely suits our aesthetic as a brand and she has been an integral part of Vera Black. Working with my brother again @densonbaker was an absolute dream come true. We are all so proud of this stunning Motion Picture Poetry and wonderful collaboration with friends, that without them would not have been possible. Had a wonderful day with @oliviaaharriet who took these gorgeous photos of myself and her boy Zorro.. What a stunning boy he is, so professional he really knows how to turn it on for a shoot. Wearing one of our new cattleman’s hats, horse bolo and belt also from our collection. I’m wearing a saddlebag by @foragedesign which is a must have for any horse or bike rider.

Shes made me my very own custom hat - from the hat band that matches one of my all-time favourite Twisties, to the rosettes, and even the little stitched star in my brand colours… everything has been carefully considered and beautifully put together. H A P P Y B I R TH D A Y To my Ride or Die @verablack8 For so many years I have written the words in hope to express my gratitude for this woman and just what an impact she has had on my life. Ever since I met her husband Luke at Camden market in 2017 and I saw a business card with her image looking like a female Jim Morrison I remember a metaphysical piece of string winding from my heart to hers. Knowing that I would be in her life. And here I am nine years later celebrating more than a friendship, but a chosen family member. Thank you, Vera for shaping me, for moulding me, for being the person that I can seek advice when I need wisdom outside of my own life experience. I trust you your judgement and the way that you look at life sometimes better than my own and that is so incredibly valuable. And on top of that you have left me with a lifetime of incredible memories already. And I would certainly be half as fashionable without your presence. Here’s to another decade of creating, crying, laughing, and making the most of this thing called life. I love you with all the fire I have in my heart.
