Veno-Orbit v1.2 firmware now available 🥳
Updates include:
• Stereo wav file support
• Display of filled presets
• +12dB gain boost for audio inputs
• Output limiter for audio
• Smooth / clickless overdubbing whilst modulating START
• Smooth pitch modulation around unity
• PLAY tap during first recording for immediate overdubbing
• Improved clock stability for long loops
• Bug fixes and small QOL improvements
To update simply drop the new binary into the microSD card root, reinsert and restart the module.

Be it capturing v/oct pitch CV and gates to decouple and re work musical sequences, polyphonic velocity sensitive MIDI instruments from captures of whole sterep modular patches, or heavy modulated delays and granular FX there's LOADS to go at.

🥳 The VENO-ORBIT is finally out! A dual channel, multi-layer, polyphonic, experimental sampler for audio and CV.
Huge thanks to @fullywiredelectronics for expertly building the first batch, @simonmosimon for making real music with it and VERY early road testing, @divkidvideo for his incredible demo video and firmware suggestions, and all the support from @signal_sounds to help get it out into the world!

I know many have been waiting for the VENO ORBIT from @venusinstruments to release and it's turned into a huge powerhouse of audio & CV sampling and looping.
I've never had the chance to work with CV in this way before and the audio side is endless in possibilities too but fun and simple due to no menus and a control per function.
