1. Use exactly the pumpfoil setup: mast, FW and stab 👍
2. Use a light & reactive board: efficient and enjoyable pumps 💪
3. Do it in (ultra) light wind 😉
The Anchorman waist leash @venstrata allows you to drop safely your wing. Take a good speed, drop it and start your pumping journey 🥳
By the way, this is how I have learnt it but holding the wing behind me. Would have been easier and funnier with the Anchorman 😉

“Trench” is not everything when it comes to @foildrive . At @270boardco , we worked with riders such as @surfdocsteve who had the first of its kind on the market. Of course this was and is the trend we see for obvious reasons.

1. Lowered foil drive unit
2. Closer to the mast > more reactive
3. Reduced drag
4. Touchdowns are cleaner
5. Take offs are quicker

With the added hype of a “cover” or “plug,” after numerous hours of foil driving, we don’t see the giant benefit. The juice is not worth the squeeze with those added accessories.
