Recipe
1 Can of drained and washed chickpeas
1/2 Jalapeno
1/4 white onion
2 cloves of minces garlic
One chopped mushroom.
1/3 cup of bread crumbs
(sub with almond flour for GF)
2 tbsp tahini
1/2 ts smoked paprika
1/2 ts cumin
3 tbsp of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Form into patties, I put them in the freezer
For 20 minutes to make sure they set
Then pan fry to golden brown.

1/2 ts of turmeric
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 ts of mushroom powder
