This was my third time competing at No-Gi Worlds, and every time I step onto these mats, I learn more about myself and just how powerful the mind truly is.
In 2018, I competed as a brown belt and earned double bronze.
In 2019, I became a black belt world champion a dream made possible by an incredible team and amazing people around me. That day will always hold a special place in my heart.
For the past six years, life kept throwing obstacles in the way, and something always came up that stopped me from returning to No-Gi Worlds.
In 2025, after a great camp, i found the drive to become the best version of myself and compete again. Winning double gold in the Masters 1 division is something I can’t fully put into words.

A year and five months ago, I stepped back onto the BJJ mats after not training since I was a kid. My professor had me start from zero…literally. It ended up being one of the best decisions I’ve made. Jiu-jitsu has become my escape, my reset, and my reminder to keep growing.
