Been long over due in posting this, but here’s a quick speed video through of how I made the Nomai mask from #OuterWilds !!
Made this completely out of cardboard and EVA foam in 2.5 weeks lol, I used cardboard as the base and layered with foam. Afterwards, I covered everything in black plastidip to prime before painting with acrylics.
Definitely definitely definitely planning on revisiting this to improve the paint job and to flesh out the back of the mask to turn this into a helmet essentially, so far still in love with how this came out :’) #cosplay #cosplayprops #evafoam #outerwildscosplay

Ever since I saw the recent fight between Anthony Joshua and Fake Paul, I thought it would be a pretty neat scene to draw to practice colors and shadows and posing and stuff.
