As the lungs moved to a corner.
Grew an entire organ,
Placenta it was called;
Gums bled and nose grew bigger,
“It’s normal”, she was told.
Took them all with a smile,
The shutdowns and mood swings,
The entire ‘Pregnancy’,
Is really a miraculous thing.
